We have a range of fitness classes at Oakgrove Leisure Centre with something to suit everyone. Whether you come along with others or meet people at your favourite class every week it’s great fun to work out in a group.
Whether you want a high energy Insanity® class or a Pilates or yoga class that helps focus the mind and body we have a range of regular classes throughout the week.
Our Group Cycling classes are great for improving fitness and stamina using cycling techniques on specially designed bikes.
